MANUAL FOR ON-LINE REMOTE SESSION:
- Click on No. 49 at support page.

- According your firewalls and antivirus softwares there will be one or more messages for running external SW. You have to agree with safe running of BOMGAR remote session software. Service engineer will see desktop of your PC and he will be able to install, uninstall, etc. software.


- Agree with „accept“ to have your PC a „allow shared control of your computer“ available for service engineer.


- After fixing problem, close software and it will be automatically uninstalled.
